Documents required to get the service

Agreement on the implementation of inspection oversight functions, decorated (signed) legal and natural persons on the basis of a model contract*

Legal basis for service provision

• Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On licensing procedures in the field of entrepreneurship".


• Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On measures to further improve the procedures for granting land plots on the basis of competition for business and procedures for obtaining building permits" dated 07.10.2015 №285.

Cost and method of payment for the service

For the implementation of the inspection oversight responsibilities will be charged in the amounts established by the legislation according to the decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On measures for further improvement of the procedures for granting land plots on the basis of competition for business and procedures for obtaining building permits" dated 07.10.2015 №285.

Period of dealing with an application

Inspection within one working day makes a decision to issue a permit for construction and installation work.

Methods for obtaining results

Notification is forwarded to the user's personal account on the single portal and/or emailed to the user's email address specified during registration on the portal.

Result of the service

Notification applicant for a permit for construction and installation work with of one copy of the application issued (signed) inspection contract for the performance of supervisory functions*

Reasons for refusal

• Filling of a data form with legal entities and individuals not in full.


• Availability in the submitted documents of the doubtful or distorted data.

Order of appeal

Applicant may appeal against the unlawful refusal by contacting the responsible authority by phone, via email and in person at the address.

Specified officer or other authorized person of a public authority that made the decision on the treatment must explain the procedure for appeal if an individual or legal person is not according to him.

The State authority has considered an appeal, its officers or other authorized persons are obliged to control the decision taken on the results of consideration of the application.
