Documents required to get the service

Draft design of the facade of the building and facilities, executed on paper no smaller than 30 x 40 cm or in electronic form.

Legal basis for service provision

• Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On licensing procedures in the field of entrepreneurship".


• Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On measures to further simplify the standard procedure of land for urban development activities and other non-agricultural purposes, matching changing the appearance of buildings and facilities (repair of facade), as well as issuing of permission for reprofiling and reconstruction of the object, transfer of residential premises in the category of non-residential" dated 9.03.2016 №70.

Cost and method of payment for the service

For consideration by the authorized body of the application on the agreement of changing the appearance of buildings and facilities (facade repair), according to the decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On measures to further simplify the standard procedure of land for urban development activities and other non-agricultural purposes, matching changing the appearance of buildings and structures (facade repair), as well as issuing permits for the conversion and upgrade of the facility, premises transfer in non-residential category" №70 from 09.03.2016, fee is not charged.

Period of dealing with an application

The authorized body shall consider the application the applicant agrees change the appearance of buildings and facilities (facade repair) within a period not exceeding six days.

Methods for obtaining results

Notification is forwarded to the user's personal account on the single portal and/or emailed to the user's email address specified during registration on the portal.

Result of the service

Applicant notice of the receipt of an agreed conceptual design of the facade of the building and facilities.

Reasons for refusal

• Presentation of the applicant the draft design of the facade of the building and facilities, does not meet the requirements;


• The presence in the documents submitted by the applicant, inaccurate or distorted information;

  Availability of reasonable negative conclusion on the results of the study of buildings and structures.
  

  
  

Order of appeal

Applicant may appeal against the unlawful refusal by contacting the responsible authority by phone, via email and in person at the address.

Specified officer or other authorized person of a public authority that made the decision on the treatment must explain the procedure for appeal if an individual or legal person is not according to him.

The State authority has considered an appeal, its officers or other authorized persons are obliged to control the decision taken on the results of consideration of the application.
