The object of compulsory insurance is the property interests of the employer in the event of civil liability to compensate for damage caused to the life or health of the worker in the employment injury, occupational disease or other damage to health worker related to the performance of his employment duties.

Documents required to get the service

According to the Cabinet of Ministers № 177 of June 24, 2009 , item 12 , for a contract of compulsory insurance of employer is the insurer the following documents:

1 ) A statement of conclusion of the contract of compulsory insurance in the approved form ,

2) the employer is a natural person : a copy of the passport of the employer is a natural person , or any other document proving his identity (page with a photograph and the latest mark on registration ) .

3) the employer is a legal person : a notarized copy of the certificate of state registration of the employer - legal entity.

Legal basis for service provision

Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On mandatory insurance of civil liability of the employer" N LRU-210 of 16 April 2009;

Resolution of the Cabinetof Ministers№177 ofJune 24, 2009, which approved the "rules of compulsory insurance of civilliability of the employer."

Cost and method of payment for the service

Paid service, according to the rates specified in the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers № 177 of June 24, 2009. Payment of insurance premiums is carried out based on the information provided by the employer in a statement on the conclusion of the contract of compulsory insurance.

Period of dealing with an application

According to the terms established by law.

Personally, through a legal representative, by mail, in electronic form, by phone.

Result of the service

Insurance policy, which in the period and on the basis of which the compensation is made to the employer, and (or) the victim or beneficiary harm the life or health of the worker in the employment injury, occupational disease or other health impairment related to the performance of his employment duties, within the sum insured .
