Documents required to get the service

For contract of compulsory insurance is employer insurer following documents:

a) a statement of contract in the form of compulsory insurance;

b) a copy of the passport of the employer - natural person, or any other document proving his identity (pages with a photograph and the latest mark on registration);

c) a notarized copy of the certificate of state registration of the employer (for legal entities).

Legal basis for service provision

Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On mandatory insurance of civil liability of the employer" N LRU-210 of 16 April 2009;

Resolution the Cabinet of Ministers № 177 of June 24, 2009, which approved the "rules of compulsory insurance of civil liability of the employer."

Cost and method of payment for the service

The sum insured under compulsory insurance contract is established :



for the employer on the date of conclusion of the contract of compulsory insurance business in more than one year - in the amount of annual salary of all employees of the employer for the previous twelve months to three months to conclude the contract of compulsory insurance ;

for the employer , again carrying out the activity - in the amount of annual salary of all employees of the employer for the twelve months following the month to sign the contract of compulsory insurance. At the same annual salary is calculated by multiplying the salary for the first month on twelve ;

employer carrying on business for less than one year - the salary of all employees of the employer for the duration of the employer of the activity.

Period of dealing with an application

Insurance compulsory insurance issued to the employer no later than three business days following the date of receipt on account of the insurer of insurance premiums for compulsory insurance contract.

Methods for obtaining results

During the period of compulsory insurance contract the employer must be in writing and within the time provided in these Regulations, notify the insurer of any changes in the information provided in the application for concluding a contract of compulsory insurance.

If the employer opposes renegotiation compulsory insurance or co-pay insurance premiums for compulsory insurance contract in the cases provided for in paragraph 17 of this Regulation, the insurer may require the termination of the contract of compulsory insurance.
