Documents required to get the service

• license application indicating: the name and the legal form of a legal entity , its location ( postal address ) , name of the institution bank and a bank account , a licensed activity that entity intends to carry out .


• the copy of state registration of a legal entity;


• document confirming the applicant license fee for consideration of the application by the licensing authority of the license applicant ;


• list of professionals who have the right to produce documents repair , construction and installation work at height methods rope indicating positions, specialty education and professional experience ;


• characterization of technological tools necessary to perform work at heights of industrial alpinism .

Cost and method of payment for the service

During consideration of the application of the license applicant a fee of one minimum wage established in the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Period of dealing with an application

The decision to issue a license to the applicant a license or refusal to issue a license shall be made within a period not exceeding fifteen days from the date of receipt of the application of the license applicant.

License State Architect Committee issued within three days after submission of the license applicant document confirming payment of the state fee and signing the license agreement.

Methods for obtaining results

Notice of decision to issue a license sent (delivered) to the license applicant in writing with details of the bank account, the payment term of the state fee. Together with the notification of the decision to issue a license to the license applicant is directed to sign the license agreement.

License for the production of repair, construction and installation work at height rope access methods.

Reasons for refusal

The license may be refused on the grounds provided for in Article 17 of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On licensing certain types of activities."

Order of appeal

The license applicant has the right to appeal against the decision to refuse to issue a license, as well as actions (inaction) of an official Gosarchitectstroy in the manner prescribed by law.
